Getting to Safe mode when you cant use F8 such as UEFI

As Windows boots press the restart button when you see the Windows logo and an on screen timer. On the third attempt it should load up the advanced options Safe mode is one of these.

Advanced options> Troubleshoot> Advanced options>Startup Settings then restart. The computer will restart and allow you several options including safe mode.
